About Us

Carole Reid has been appointed as Associate Director of Student Administration. She is responsible for the core administrative processes that support the student journey, from registration through to assessment and examination to graduation.

With a focus on customer service, Student Administration covers academic progression, timetabling, student information and records. The directorate also has dedicated teams focussing on UK Visa Immigration Compliance, Student Data & Systems and Information & Analysis. The teams build on relationships with a range of external stakeholders including Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), the UKVI successor organisation, the Student Loans Company and Office for Fair Access (OFFA).
