Customer Service Team

 
The Customer Service team comprises of Fees and AwardsStudent Records and The Events team.

The team is led by Head of Customer Service, Tanith Halstead. Tanith is responsible for ensuring that the processes and tasks undertaken within Student Administration are delivered so that they fully support the requirements of Schools, the wider University and external stakeholders, whist creating a positive student experience. She also supports business development with the Associate Director of Student Administration.

Fees and Awards

The Fees and Awards team deal with all processes and queries relating to tuition fees, exemptions, bursaries and scholarships. This team also supports the askUS service for students. Find out more about the team via the Fees and Awards webpages
 

Student Records

The Student Records team has responsibility for many of the administrative processes underpinning the student journey from the point of registration right through until graduation and beyond. The Events team

The Events team is responsible for the delivery of key University events including the main registration event in September and supporting the University Graduation ceremonies.  The events team also support multiple school intakes throughout the academic cycle and the askUS service.
