Release of 2018/2019 Academic Timetables

To access your academic timetables, please log on to:

Access to online timetables has been improved, all programme timetables are now accessible without login meaning that students can have access to ‘indicative’ timetables from Tuesday 31st July

The key features and benefits of the online system remain unchanged:

  • Students can view programme level timetables either in semester or calendar view.
  • Personalised timetables showing only those events which students should attend i.e. by group, are available via login and where fitting has taken place
  • Staff can login to view their personal timetable i.e. where they are associated to academic events in CMIS

Post-Publication Timetable changes – information for Academic staff:

In order to maintain control over timetable changes and to minimise disruption to students who now have access to their programme level timetables, academic colleagues are requested to complete the following form:

Post-Publication Change Request Form

(Please note: the Change Request Form was updated on Monday 6th March 2017)

Completed forms will be automatically sent to the Timetabling and Exams team at

Change requests will be reviewed as assessed by the Timetabling and Exams team.  Where changes are minor and do not require significant change to timetables, the team has the discretion to implement the change and will notify academics upon completion of the request.

Where the impact is significant, change requests will be referred to a University appointed Timetabling Lead and these will be assessed on an individual basis.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
