Problems with Students' Records
The Academic Model team are responsible for troubleshooting all kinds of problems with students' records throughout the year. For example problems that occur during the admissions process, where a student can't register on-line, where a student's record hasn't rolled/rolled when it shouldn't have, a student isn't appearing in the exams database, incomplete or incorrect information is appearing on exams spreadsheets or where a student isn't appearing in the Graduation database.

Testing for Banner Upgrades
The Academic Model team are always heavily involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for upgrades to Banner. To discuss any UAT requirements, please contact Academic Model.
